All YOleotard leotards are handmade products created individually by hand.

Because of the handmade nature of the products, minor differences in rhinestone placement, decoration arrangement, fabric shades, or small handmade details may occur.

Such small variations are considered normal for handmade products and are not considered defects.

Before shipment, each leotard is carefully checked for:

• stitching quality;
• decoration attachment;
• fabric condition;
• overall appearance;
• compliance with the confirmed design.

We do our best to ensure that every product is prepared carefully before dispatch.

YOleotard uses high-quality stretch fabrics, decorative elements, mesh materials, and premium-quality rhinestones suitable for rhythmic gymnastics costumes.

Different fabric batches and lighting conditions may slightly affect the appearance of colours in photos and videos.

Minor colour differences caused by screen settings, photography lighting, or material batches are not considered defects.

If the customer believes that the received item contains a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact YOleotard as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• clear photos of the issue;
• description of the problem;
• order information if available.

After reviewing the information, YOleotard will determine the appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Possible solutions may include:

• repair recommendations;
• partial repair compensation;
• exchange;
• or another mutually agreed solution.

The quality guarantee does not apply to:

• normal wear and tear;
• accidental damage;
• damage caused during performances or training;
• improper storage;
• incorrect washing or care;
• damage caused by external objects;
• modifications made after delivery by the customer or third parties.

YOleotard is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use or improper handling after delivery.

To help preserve the appearance and quality of the leotard, we recommend:

• careful handling of rhinestones and decorations;
• avoiding excessive stretching;
• avoiding contact with rough surfaces;
• hand cleaning only if necessary;
• storing the leotard carefully after use.

Please avoid machine washing, aggressive chemicals, or high temperatures.

Custom-made leotards are produced according to the customer’s measurements and approved design details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and carefully reviewing all confirmed design information before production starts.

Minor fitting adjustments may sometimes be required depending on body proportions and measurement accuracy.

YOleotard products are intended for rhythmic gymnastics performances, competitions, and training use.

Because rhythmic gymnastics involves intensive movement and stretching, careful use and proper handling are important for preserving the appearance of the leotard.
