Ready-to-ship leotards may be eligible for return or exchange if the item has not been used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
The customer must contact YOleotard within 14 calendar days after receiving the parcel to request a return or exchange.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging if applicable.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, YOleotard will confirm whether the return or exchange request is approved.
Custom-Made Orders
Custom-made leotards are individually produced according to the customer’s measurements, selected colours, design preferences, and agreed details.
Because of the personalized nature of custom-made products, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable after production has started.
Please carefully check all measurements, design details, colours, and order information before confirming the order and completing payment.
Order Cancellation
Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Custom-made orders may only be cancelled before production has started.
If materials have already been purchased or production has already started, cancellation may not be possible or may involve partial compensation for work and materials already used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the customer receives a damaged item or an incorrect product, the customer must contact YOleotard as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
photos of the item;
photos of the packaging if damaged;
a description of the issue.
After reviewing the information, YOleotard will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:
repair;
exchange;
partial refund;
or another mutually agreed solution.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Approved refunds are initiated within 3-7 business days after return approval. The final crediting time depends on the payment provider, customer’s bank, or card issuer.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and transfer fees may not be refundable in some cases.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is caused by an error on the part of YOleotard, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The customer is also responsible for safely packaging the returned item and providing tracking information if available.
YOleotard is not responsible for returned parcels lost during return shipping.
Size and Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements before ordering.
Before purchasing a ready-to-ship leotard, customers should carefully compare the listed measurements with the gymnast’s actual measurements.
YOleotard is not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Important Information
All YOleotard leotards are handmade products. Minor differences in decoration placement, rhinestone arrangement, fabric shades, or handmade details may occur.
Such minor differences are not considered defects.
